BEHRINGER, one of the world-leading companies in professional-audio technology products and instrument amplication, today announced the immediate availability of the MS16 active-monitor speakers - a compact two-way stereo speaker system ideal for home studios, multimedia applications, and instrument-and-vocal monitoring.
The MS16 speaker system has two high-power amplifiers to drive the 4” woofers and high-resolution tweeters. The front-mounted volume control and individual bass-and-treble controls make accurate sound adjustments easy. The magnetic shielding and compact size of the speakers allowed them to be placed near video monitors or computer displays with minimal feedback distortion.
The MS16 speaker system features two stereo line inputs (RCA and 1/8” TRS) for sound cards that facilitate the simultaneous use of two stereo sources. This means users are able to play-back CDs, MDs or MP3s, as well as play an electric instrument at the same time. In addition, the ¼” TRS microphone input can be used for mixing vocals with a stereo track, and the 1/8” TRS headphone connector offers an auto-mute loudspeaker function.
