Washburn Guitars Introduce an Addition to the Taurus Bass Series Press Release 2005-01-26
Washburn Guitars today announce the introduction of the Taurus T14 bass. This four string bass guitar has a well balanced hardwood body. The bolt on, maple neck contains an adjustable truss rod, along with dot inlays and a rosewood fingerboard. The T14 is also completed with P & J style pickups and separate volume controls for each, allowing the player to blend the pickups and develop a customized sound. The hardware is chrome and the bass utilizes die cast tuners.
“The T14 is a great guitar at a great value. This is the perfect model for beginning to intermediate level bass players. The flexibility to blend the pickups allows the player to create their own sound.” Matt Cantlon, product manger for Washburn Guitars, explains. The Taurus T14 has a suggested retail price of $349 and will be available to order at this winter’s NAMM show in Anaheim.
The T14 is available in natural, blue, and cognac. For more information, visit www.washburn.com.
