Mr. Millar, who holds an MBA from the prestigious Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and an MS degree in engineering from California Polytech, joins Budda Amplification with over 18-years of results-oriented experience with leading Internet technology and consumer specialty goods corporations.

Mr. Millar joined Budda Amplification in 2003 as a management consultant. In two short years, Mr. Millar’s development and implementation of strategic plans, improvements and restructuring of internal operating procedures, business planning, financial analysis, and management reporting systems, as well as reductions in operating costs, has dramatically improved company efficiency, leading to accelerated product development programs, record sales growth, and unparalleled profitability.
