Mudvayne Signs Endorsement Deal with Randall Amplifiers

Randall Amplifiers has announced a new endorsement deal with critically acclaimed rock band Mudvayne. Mudvayne will be using Randall's RM100M, which is a modular head and allows the band to create their own tone by swapping out different removable preamps. The band is also using a RS412XL cabinet.

The signing follows a flurry of headline-making moves for Mudvayne (vocalist Chad Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Ryan Martinie and drummer Matt McDonough), who recently debuted on Billboard's Top 200 at #2 with much-buzzed-about new album Lost And Found. That capped off a two-week period in which the powerhouse quartet scored the much-coveted third slot on the main stage of this summer's Ozzfest (going on just before headliners Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden) and garnered their first-ever #1 hit at rock radio with lead single "Happy?"

Over the course of the past few years, Mudvayne has sold more than two million units worldwide, racked up four RIAA Gold-certified releases, achieved extensive radio and video airplay, were honored with the first-ever MTV2 Award and have played hundreds of sold-out shows around the world.

"Adding a talented guitarist and musician like Greg to the Randall family is a great endorsement," says Doug Reynolds, Randall Division Manager. "Greg's style, power and tone fit nicely with what our products have to offer." Randall focuses on offering a supreme range of great guitar tones and features. Randall's XL Series has been further modified to provide a greater range of high gain solid-state and tube tones.
