DJs can now make the most of their professional audio kit with DJ-1800. Version 2.1 of DJ-1800, which is released this week, now supports all channels on multi-channel audio devices, meaning professional DJs and musicians can use their pro audio output devices with DJ-1800 whenever and wherever they play.

Dave Addey, CEO of DJ-1800 said: "This new release means that DJs can make the most of their pro audio kit when they play a gig.

"So if your audio kit has four stereo channels, that's one for each of DJ-1800's CD players. Now your gig will sound even better."

DJ-1800 version 2.1 includes the following new features:

- Support for all channels on multi-channel audio devices
- Keyboard and mouse control of pitch adjustment now even more accurate
- Other bug fixes and improvements

A fully-featured demo of DJ-1800 is available to download from www.dj1800.com. Users who have previously bought DJ-1800 can upgrade to version 2.1 of the software for free.

DJ-1800 is a complete, self-contained professional DJ system for the Mac – no need for a mixer, CD players, or heavy record boxes. Just plug in your Apple Mac and some speakers, and you're ready to go!
