For a limited time, Roland is offering MV-8000 owners a complete TR-808 drum kit for free! Every famous 808 sound, complete with knob twists and nuances, has been masterfully captured in uncompressed, full-resolution audio.
In beatbox history, no machine has been more loved than Roland's TR-808. The absolute first product of its kind to offer pattern-based step-sequencing, the Roland TR-808 helped to shape the quirky and instantly recognizable sounds of the 1980s. Propelled by its booming bass drum of doom, the 808 became a staple of hip-hop, R&B, and pop, appearing on more records than any other drum machine.
