Washburn Expands Bass Line with Bantam Series for 2006 Winter NAMM Show

Washburn is pleased to announce their new line of basses with the Bantam Series. The Bantam Series features a basswood body, with a satin finish, and active Soapbar pickups. The Bantam Series' Basswood body and satin finish neck provide for an extremely comfortable ride when holding down the low end. The active electronics and Soapbar pickups, produce a variety of bass tones producing sounds capable of playing styles ranging funk to metal.

The Bantam Basses are available in 4, 5, or 6 string models. The BB4 is available in Gun Metal, Black, and Deep Blue and lists for $699.90. The BB5 is available in Gun Metal and Deep Blue and will list for $749.90. The BB6 is available in Gun Metal and lists for $849.90.
