Gibson Guitar will light up 2006 Winter NAMM in Anaheim, California, with celebrity appearances and exciting new products from the Gibson family of brands. NAMM-attendees can look forward to 15 new guitars from Gibson USA, including the hot new Les Paul Vixen and Goddess guitars, the Vegas-themed High Roller, and the innovative GT models. Gibson Acoustic will present six new models, including the exquisite SJ-300 and the rugged Traveling Songwriter, all handcrafted in Bozeman, MT. The incredible luthiers of the Gibson Custom Shop will reveal the latest guitars of their ground-breaking Inspired By series: the Jimi Hendrix Psychedelic Flying V, the Peter Frampton Les Paul Special, and the John Sykes Les Paul Custom. Epiphone will debut a brand-new range of limited-edition models, including the Firebird Studio, the Ripper Bass, and a ’57 Les Paul Junior reissue. Baldwin piano will showcase several new instruments with custom finishes as well as the newly-priced Baldwin Vertical models. Don’t miss the gorgeous F-Goldrush mandolin from Gibson Original, new models from Slingerland and Kramer, and the incredible innovations of the Gibson Digital Guitar. Entertainment will be provided by Matchbook Romance, Carey Ott, and crowd-pleasers Twisted Sister, with special appearances by Suzanne Paris with Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, Mick Fleetwood, and Billy Burnett.
