Peavey Unleashes Vortex™ Metal Guitar Press Release 2006-07-29
Peavey proudly introduces
the Vortex, a modern electric guitar designed for extreme metal players.
An homage to shred guitar and the legions of shredheads worldwide, the Peavey Vortex is a fastand-
furious metal guitar outfitted with the hottest ceramic Peavey pickups available. The Vortex
also features a fully floated, Floyd Rose®-licensed, double-locking tremolo for dive-bombing solos,
a slick bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard and a lightweight basswood body.
Peavey Vortex EX guitars will be available in Q3 2006 from authorized Peavey retailers.
