Trace Elliott® New Bass Amplifier Enclosures
Trace Elliot
Posted 2006-09-06
British amplifier
manufacturer Trace Elliot has announced its new U.S. product range for 2006, including four
specially tuned bass amplifier cabinets outfitted with Celestion® loudspeakers.
Trace Elliot enclosures are designed in multiple speaker and power-handling configurations, and are
tuned to specific frequencies—with unobstructed central and bottom slots—depending on the
loudspeaker configuration and cabinet size. Trace Elliot’s engineering and design team tune the
cabinets in a highly controlled, scientific process to ensure consistency and quality throughout the
bass enclosure range.
Trace Elliot cabinets are constructed using lightweight poplar ply, which is internally braced top-tobottom,
left-to-right and front-to-rear for strength and rigidity. The cabinets are covered in the
classic black Trace Elliot covering and fitted with stainless steel hardware.
The Trace Elliot 1028H™, 1048H™, 1518™ and 1518c™ enclosures will be available in Q4 2006
from authorized retailers.
