Epiphone Guitars will fly the winners of the Epiphone/Duke Robillard Blues Trip contest to Memphis during Handy Awards Week, where they will meet blues guitar great Duke Robillard, hang out backstage at the W.C. Handy Awards and pick up a brand new Epiphone Emperor Regent guitar. The contest runs from April 22nd - May 8th and blues lovers can enter online at www.epiphone.com, www.DukeRobillard.com and www.HarmonyCentral.com. The winner will be notified by email on or before May 10th.

"Duke Robillard is the living embodiment of blues music, and Memphis is the home of the blues," said Epiphone president Jim Rosenberg. "Duke, in Memphis, during Handy Awards Week - it's the ultimate blues experience."

The prize package includes: * Round-Trip airfare to the W.C. Handy Awards for 2. (Departure and return airport must be from a "major" USA hub city.) * Two nights hotel accommodations for two on May 22 and May 23. * Free tickets and backstage passes (VIP treatment) to the pre-VIP party and the W.C. Handy Awards. * A meet-and-greet with Duke Robillard. * Tour of the Gibson Factory in Memphis. * A $100 gift certificate for merchandise in The Gibson Memphis Showcase's retail shop. * An Epiphone Emperor Regent, just like the one featured on the cover of Duke's new CD.

Duke Robillard has been an influential guitarist for 35 years, as founder of the group Roomful of Blues in 1967 and later as a member of the Fabulous Thunderbirds and leader of the Duke Robillard Band. He has won the Handy Award for Guitarist of the Year for the last two years. A longtime Epiphone player, Duke has scheduled the release of his new CD, Living with the Blues, on May 21 at the beginning of Handy Week in Memphis.
