Bid on Ebay for Autographed Shure Gear!! Press Release 2002-05-01
As a part of Better Hearing and Speech Month (May 2002), Shure Incorporated, the leading manufacturer of microphones and audio electronics, has teamed up with the House Ear Institute (HEI) for the first annual Shure Bid for Hearing online charity auction.
Shure has dedicated its corporate cause to hearing conservation and carries out this commitment through the education of musicians and fans on ways to reduce the hearing loss risks they face daily.
More than 28 million Americans have some form of hearing loss.
More than 20 million Americans of all ages are exposed to dangerous environmental noise and sound levels on a regular basis.
