Housed in a stunning multi-format case, eleVAta can be used in either desktop or 19" rack environments. In desktop format the front control panel can be angled to suit the user whilst the upright position provides the facility to locate eleVAta in any 3U rack space.

DSP sound generation is based on RED Sound's acclaimed DARKSTAR synthesizer engine however, the analog modelling performance has now been sonically embellished and eleVAta boasts twice the power. Main features include 16 voices, 8-part multi-timbrality, 6 individual/assignable outputs and 2 external inputs. Further facilities include

*Fully-assignable joystick *Chorus and flanger effects *Extensive modulation facilities *'Sound Wizard' - generates random parameter set-ups for designated synth sections e.g. - FILTER, LFO's etc. Provides instant sound creation by 'throwing wild cards'

RED Sound's policy for product conversion/upgrade wherever possible has been incorporated in the eleVAta synthesizer with the facility for plugging-in up to 3 additional software options. Once installed, each application can be accessed at random from the front panel controls allowing the user to switch between synthesis, vocoding and drum sounds at the touch of a button.
