Leading microphone manufacturer Audio-Technica was chosen as the official microphone supplier for the 2007 NSCA System Integration ExpoTM Education and Training Sessions held March 13th through March 17th at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The announcement was made by Audio-Technica Marketing Manager Steve Savanyu and further underscores the company's ongoing commitment to the fixed installation/sound contracting market.

Over 40 wireless systems including Artist Elite 4000 Series UniPakTM and 2000 Series handheld systems along with an assortment of Audio-Technica wired microphones were used. Users had a choice of the AT831cW lavalier microphone or the AT892cW MicroSet omnidirectional condenser headworn microphone. Coordination and deployment of the equipment to the classrooms was handled by NSCA's Audio Visual supplier AVW.

NSCA University was developed by leading industry subject matter experts and consists of curricula in six areas including: Technical Knowledge, System Sales, System Design, Project Management and Business. Programming extends to educate consultants, architects, system operators and other allied professionals working within the commercial electronic systems industry.

"We are extremely proud to have been chosen, once again, to supply our microphones and wireless systems for this year's NSCA University program," stated Steve Savanyu, Audio-Technica Marketing Manager. "It's just another way for Audio-Technica to show its support of NSCA's ongoing education for contractors and acoustical consultants."
