Digidesign is excited to announce that Media Station|PT™ 2.7 software and the new Video Satellite Option are now available, allowing Pro Tools® editors to integrate into the full Avid® video workflow. Media Station|PT 2.7 has been completely updated to support Avid HD video, Intel-based Macs, and the new Video Satellite Option. Whether co-installed with a Pro Tools|HD® system or running as a standalone workstation, Media Station|PT 2.7 allows Pro Tools editors to quickly and easily capture, play, transcode, and export any Avid Media Composer® HD or SD video sequence for sweetening in Pro Tools.

For the utmost in efficiency, Media Station|PT 2.7 with the new Video Satellite Option lets you play back any Avid HD* or SD video sequence in sync with Pro Tools HD 7.4 software installed on a separate computer, eliminating time-consuming video exports and preserving full audio processing power for your Pro Tools system.
