Developed by the creator of the parametric EQ, Massenburg DesignWorks Hi-Res RTAS Parametric EQ 2.2 brings the reference-standard sound, high-resolution processing, and impressive features of the popular TDM plug-in to Digidesign® Pro Tools LE® and Pro Tools M-Powered™ system owners. At the same time, the RTAS® version gives Digidesign Pro Tools|HD® system owners an additional option for tapping into the sound and performance of a Massenburg parametric EQ.
With MDW® Hi-Res RTAS Parametric EQ 2.2, you can view the frequency grid in 6, 12, or 24 dB resolution. Use IsoPeak™ functionality to quickly isolate and sweep through the frequency spectrum to find a targeted frequency. Toggle between two EQ band settings and copy one setting to the other. Invert the phase of a track. Since the plug-in offers both three- and five-band versions of the EQ, you can select the three-band version to conserve DSP resources when only three bands are needed. All bands in either version support the full frequency range.
Like the TDM version, MDW Hi-Res RTAS Parametric EQ 2.2 lives up to its high-resolution name. This plug-in delivers double-precision 48-bit processing, high-resolution 96 kHz sample-rate processing for audio recorded at 48 and 96 kHz, and 192 kHz sample-rate processing for 192 kHz audio. With a frequency range of 10 Hz to 41 kHz and variable Qs from 25.6 (1/18th octave) to 0.1 (6 2/3 octaves), the MDW Hi-Res RTAS Parametric EQ 2.2 delivers unmatched precision.
