Pro Tools Compatibility with new Mac Pro Systems

Digidesign is committed to the Mac platform, and we are very excited about Apple’s most recent software and hardware introductions. We’re currently working to provide Pro Tools® compatibility with the new multi-core Mac Pro computers and Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard), and expect to release support for both concurrently. Until this time, please be aware that Pro Tools software is not currently compatible with the new multi-core Mac Pro or with Leopard, so please wait until support is officially announced before upgrading your system.

Initial Leopard compatibility with Pro Tools will not include support for Avid Mojo® or Avid Mojo® SDI, however, support for Avid® video peripherals is expected in a future Pro Tools compatibility update.
