New Warlock 4 & 5 basses from BC Rich

Guitarmaker BC Rich's angular axes are a favorite with metal and heavy rockers, and two new basses will only add to the fever. New for 2010 is the NJ Deluxe Warlock Bass, in 4- and 5-string models. Available in a rich onyx color with black hardware and white binding on the body, neck and headstock, the Warlock looks deadly and should deliver the aggressive tone associate with Rich basses.

A maple 24-fret neck is set through the mahogany body for maximum stability and sustain, and an ebony fingerboard completes very attractive package. Scale length is 34" for the 4-string, 35" for the fiver. An adjustable stop tailpiece/bridge and two active EMG 35DC pickups controlled by a VVT setup complete the package.

Street price is $749 for the 4, $799 for the 5.
