Echo Digital Audio Corporation (Carpinteria, CA), a leading developer and manufacturer of professional audio recording products, today started shipping the new MiaMIDI 24-96 multitrack recording system for Windows and Macintosh computers. This new product offers the same high quality hardware and software as Mia, but with the addition of MIDI support via a custom plastic molded breakout cable.
MiaMIDI has two balanced analog inputs and outputs, digital I/O via S/PDIF, eight “virtual” outputs through software, and MIDI I/O all for a budget price.

Echo Digital Audio Corporation announced the release of fully supported Mac OS X drivers for their line of PCI professional audio hardware. These drivers provide full compatibility with Mac OS X CoreAudio and CoreMIDI for Gina24, Layla24, Mona, Mia, and the new Echo Indigo, and MiaMIDI.
Echo's hardware has long been recognized both for audio quality, driver reliability, and innovative features. That same quality and reliability is now available for Mac OS X.
