Automagic Wah Pedals Reach American Shores
(Automagic | Posted 2003-04-11)

Godlyke, Inc. announced the release of Automagic brand wah pedals to the United States market. A standard of the European scene, Automagic Wahs are constructed with a 14-gauge stainless steel chassis that encloses hi-tech circuitry hand-constructed from premium quality components. The pressure-sensitive "automagic" activator allows for simple, quick activation of the effect -- simply step down on the treadle to engage the effect, step off to disengage.
In addition, the Automagic Wahs offer many other useful features. Three switchable frequency bands and four switchable bandwidths for the filter allow for a wide selection of wah effects. Classic (wah only) and Modern (wah & dry mix) modes offer further sound variations. Footswitchable "continuous on" mode bypasses the "automagic" function and also allows for use of the wah as a static filter. Redundant True Bypass switching for both "automagic" and "manual" modes allows for silent operation when bypassed.
