PEAVEY ARTISTS APPEAR, PERFORM AT FAN FAIR 2003

Peavey artists Kenny Chesney, Alabama, Brooks & Dunn, Trick Pony and Montgomery Gentry participated in Fan Fair 2003, held June 5-8 in Nashville. The four-day-long, 32nd annual festival, presented by the Academy of Country Music, included live performances, autograph signings, artist/fan meet-and-greets, conferences and more. Chesney, Brooks & Dunn, Trick Pony and Montgomery Gentry performed at various locations around the city during Fan Fair, including the Downtown Riverfront Park Stages and Gaylord Entertainment Center. Alabama, Brooks & Dunn and Montgomery Gentry signed autographs in the Wrangler Exhibit Hall at the Nashville Convention Center.

The Academy of Country Music recently honored Chesney, Alabama, Brooks & Dunn and fellow Peavey endorser George Strait during its 38th annual awards show. Chesney, who went into the ceremony with five nominations, won both Top Male Vocalist and Single Record of the Year, while Brooks & Dunn earned two nominations and won Top Vocal Duo for a record ninth time. Luminary George Strait received the Gene Weed Special Achievement Award in recognition of his 50 No. 1 singles, and Alabama's "outstanding and unprecedented achievements in country music"-including 21 Gold, Platinum and multi-Platinum albums, 42 No. 1 singles and sales of over 65 million albums-secured the ACM Pioneer Award.

Chesney endorses the T-Max® bass amplifier and Classic® 30 and Nashville 400 guitar amplifiers; Brooks & Dunn and Alabama use the Nashville 400; Strait performs with the Session® 400, Special 212 and Stereo Chorus guitar amplifiers, plus the KB® 300 keyboard amplifier; and Montgomery Gentry uses the Nashville 400 and 5150® guitar amplifiers.
