"Inside Track" - VH1 lets you in on who we think is hot right now

Howie Day - Thriving on live performances this young singer-songwriter's music evokes the sound of an old soul with hushed guitar and brooding vocals.

Robert Randolph and The Family Band - Using the pedal steel guitar as an escape while growing up in a tough urban environment, Randolph mixes the sounds of the church into mainstream music with an instrument seldom seen outside of the South.

Liz Phair - Alternative rock goddess Liz Phair is back on the scene with a newly provocative and pop-tastic sound.
