The S-170 Tripod Speaker Stand features Quik-Lok's exclusive non-strip-out height adjustment collar and a heavy-duty nylon leg joint with tightening block. Constructed with strong, lightweight steel tubing, the S-170 will support speaker cabinets that weigh up to 125 pounds. The S-170 stand features a chain-secured steel safety pin for extra security as it prevent the user from accidentally releasing and dropping the speaker. A snap-lock holder secures the safety pin in place when the stand is folded or when it is being transported.
The minimum height of the S-170 is 52 inches (132cm) with a maximum height of 78.7 inches (200cm). The base-spread diameter is 29.9 inches (76cm) to 39.4 inches (100cm), for sure footing.
