ANAHEIM, CA—Users of the Yamaha Magicstomp now have a “one stop shop” to ýupload or download programs free of charge at www.magicstomp.com. Currently online and active, the new website contains an overview of the ýMagicstomp’s features and specifications; an audio demo and instruction guide; Patch/PC ýand Editor/USB Driver downloads; and patches from high-profile artists. Users can ýsimply connect their Magicstomp to a Mac or PC computer via USB and begin editing ýprograms, patch configurations, downloads, or share their patches with other Magicstomp ýusers. Bundled software includes driver, editor and tone data files, with a number of ýpreset and additional patches.

Designed for electric or acoustic/electric guitars, the Magicstomp provides effects ýfrom the Yamaha UD, AG and DG Stomp programs, plus a number of digital effects from ýthe Yamaha SPX family in an ultra-compact “stomp box” format, including pitch shift, ýfilter programs, lush reverbs, amp, speaker and microphone modeling, expansive delay ýprograms, custom spatial effects and more.ý
A total of 198 sound programs (99 preset/99 user) include vintage and new amp ýmodels, studio-quality effects, and speaker/microphone models, using powerful 24-bit ýprocessing.

The user-friendly interface contains hot-rod plum and brushed aluminum ýbodywork, an easy-to-read LCD, three surface multi-function parameter knobs, ýincrement/decrement and on/off switches, and volume control. Popular parameters are ýavailable in real time. In addition to USB, connections include balanced ¼” stereo ýoutputs. Accessories include a 9-Volt phantom power supply and USB cable. ý
The Magicstomp is currently available and carries an MSRP of $299.99.
