The Peavey StudioPro M2 condenser microphone is a large, dual-diaphragm capsule with three directional patterns: omnidirectional, cardioid and figure eight, selectable with a switch located below the headgrille. The StudioPro M1 offers only the cardioid pattern. Both have a unique frequency and transient response characteristic.
