Any competition for Nord?

I've been looking into a new keyboard for a while now, and I really like the Nord pianos (especially their Hammond and Wurlitzer sounds), but is there something you've heard that actually compares to a Nord, preferably for a smaller price? I like them, but $3,000 is a lot to pay for me right now. Any suggestions?

I'm not a keyboard player, but we've been using a Korg M-50 workstation at church and the people playing it seem to rave about it. More than just a piano -- nice synth and strings sounds -- but the electric grand is killer. Sells for around $800, I think.

Sounds great Laklander, but I need those old keyboard sounds. The Rhodes, the Wurlitzer, the Hammond...I'll check it out, though. Those sounds are deal clinchers for me.

I honestly don't know if it has the piano sounds you need, but it might. Even my Alesis Micron has a passable Rhodes & Wurlitzer.

Nord-Killer has been found! Enter the Korg SV-1. http://www.korg.com/Product.aspx?pd=562Make sure to check out the video for Korg's product as well. It's pretty amazing, and it all costs about $800 less than the Nord stage piano. I also like the use of knobs instead of menus (like the Korg Triton) for on-stage adjustments. The Korg also features a 12AX-7 tube for the drive section, which really warms up the sound more than the Nord and can be a real help for adjusting presence as well. The thing sounds absolutely beautiful, and I'm curious to get my hands on one to do a full review of it.
