Shackman, what do you think I could get out of my Roland Fantom X8? It is in good shape and I have never gigged with it. I bought it for recording and things are bit tight now. I don't want to give it away but what do you think is reasonable so both ends get a good deal?

There's a X8 on Ebay now for a BIN of $1899. A quick search of completed sales shows one sold for $1800 and two for $1500 each recently. It's all about timing on Ebay, but I think somewhere between the two prices is a fair guess.

Laklander beat me to it, Matt. I'd say you should be able to get no less than $1500. As long as all the features on the workstation are still in proper order.

One thing you should consider, though, is that people who are looking for these can't get them new anymore, since the product was discontinued somewhat recently. I'd look for something on the higher side toward $2000 if you can because of that fact alone. It's always helpful to know what options your buyer has and doesn't have as well.

Thanks guys, like I said I don't want to sell it. But if I could get $1800 or better I think I would. I'll see if I can hang in there another month or two before I do anything drastic.
