It always seems so hard to get a good sound from your acoustic when its plugged in. Typical piezo pickups often sound thin or overly sensitive to a certain range. Pickups that include a mic often sound better but are much more sensitive to feedback. My Taylor 12 string uses both a mic and a piezo with the old Fishman electronics, (the generation before the expression system). My Brazilian-Adirondack Kinscherff has an L.R.Baggs element pick up. I think it is the best little piezo pickup I have heard, and it is nice to have the concealed volume knob in the sound hole. What are your thoughts on acoustic pickups?
