I am looking for a source for vintage drum parts. Specifically, I am trying to rebuild my 1970's era Slingerland drum set, but I ma having trouble finding lugs, rods, rims, etc.

You probably already keep an eye on Craigslist, right? If not I'd try there. I see vintage stuff for sale on that site from time to time.

I'm not sure if the sites linked to the forum deal with vintage replacement parts or not - Maybe that's also worth a look?

By the way, Rush is great!

Check out www.notsomoderndrummer.com YYZ. It may shed some light on your rebuilding quest. If not, a specialty machine shop might be able to create what you need. Hope it helps!
