Saviour -- I have the M-Audio Fast track, which is a single channel version of the Fast Track Pro, and found it easy to use. If you're doing only one track at a time, the single-channel version is all you need. It runs around $99. I have no experience with the others.

I also have used the single channel version, and as Laklander said, If you are only recording one track at a time then that will be all you need. If you you do need to track more than one channel at a time, then the M-Audio Fast Track usb 4x4 would be a viable option and it runs around $175.

I haven't used the fast track, but I have used other M-Audio Audio Interfaces and would recommend them.

I have a friend that owns M-Audio Fast Track pro and he really likes it a lot. He records now with an Apogee Duet FireWire Interface, it's double of the price of the M-audio, but really loves it. It's very portable, slick look and sounds awesome.
