Pros: All tube amplifier with spring reverb with relatively low power and 12" speaker
Cons: No standby switch and no protective cover or retainers on tubes.
Quality: Overall very good with teh exception of no protective cover or retainers on tubes.

Summary: The botom line is that this amp is an excellent value for an all tube combo. All my previous amps were solid state and I was looking for something that could give more tonal control through the use of dynamics. This thing does it. It also as plenty of power for practice and small gigs. I compared this to an slew of amps in the range of about $200 to $1000 and this thig was the best deal going. I have owned other Peavey products and found their reliability to be very good. I relly wish this thing had a standby switch though.
