History:
Purchase: This guitar was a bargain - been in someone's loft for 18yrs a closet classic. I bought it on Ebay for about £200.
What I Like About This Vester Vintage Tradition Les Paul Copy: It's a Les Paul in all but name - it's a beautiful honey sunburst and even has the correct headstock shape. Its made of top quality materials and a sound to die for. This guitar has a lightning fast neck and all the Lester sounds you could wish for. I would put this guitar in a blindfold test against any Tokai, Aria or any of the other big and expensive clone makers and it would win hands down (imho).
What I Do NOT Like About The Vester Vintage Tradition Les Paul Copy: The only thing that lets it down is the fact it doesnt have Gibson on the top.
Vester Vintage Tradition Les Paul Copy Quality Rating: Set neck in a 61 profile, Kluson type machines, PAF-type humbuckers, not sure what the wood is but its solid and looks great - finish is excellent and the chrome work is now nicely aged.
Review Summary: It;s a great guitar - if you see one - buy one i I know thats what I'll be doing. They are very rare though seem to exist in very small numbers and there is little or no information available on the web
