Zoom Review: 505II Multi Effects Guitar Pedal

Zoom Guitar Effects

History:

Purchase: I Got This At Wodwind And Brasswind. I Paid 50.00 Dollars.

What I Like About This Zoom 505II Multi Effects Guitar Pedal: It Has Some Cool And Usefull Sounds On It. Almost All Of The Presets Are Pretty Bad. You Can Make Some Awsome Sounds By Yourself Though.

What I Do NOT Like About The Zoom 505II Multi Effects Guitar Pedal: Like I Said, The Presets Are Pretty Bad. It Doesn't Have The "Pro" Sound Of More Expensive Effects. Also The Plastic Casing Seems Like It Could Break Easily.

Zoom 505II Multi Effects Guitar Pedal Quality Rating: The Casing Is Plastic. The Quality Is Pretty Good For The Price.

Review Summary: This Would Make An Awsome First Effects Pedal (It Was Mine). Also, If You Are Looking For A Pedal That You Can Use On Tour And Stuff, This Isn't What Your Lokking For. Innless You Are Not Picky About Sound Quality.

Rating of this Zoom product: 4

Zoom 505 II - Professional musicians, this is not for you. I would not even recommend this to a gigging band unless you use only one or two distortions per song (in which case I recommend you nestle them together). This is for people who sit in their room and play...

Zoom GFX8 - Fantastic bit of kit, outdoes all units in this price range. Ive got a crybaby so the poor expresssion pedal doesn't worry me. Suits any style of play....
