History: I play bass and keyboard. I started taking piano lessons at age 11. Ive played in bands sense I was 13. I was a lead singer and went on to play bass. I write, and of late Ive been involved in Christion rock band with a southern rock edge. I now play on our worship team at my church.
Purchase: I got the Zoom on ebay for about 30.00 dollars.
Pros: The unit has a simple user approach. Not hard to dial in what you are looking for. Its ok.
Cons: This unit doesnt have alot of tweeking ability. Fairly straight forward.
GM-200 Quality: Its just plastic. Have to be carefull with it. I would say keep it in the studio. Zoom Summary: I like it for just a quick effect to use for practice time. As not to get board with a straight tone. I believe it would be nice for home recording. Something simple.
