Roland Review: Micro Cube

Roland Guitar Amplifiers

History: i bought my last practice amp about twenty years ago and so decided it was about time for a change .

Purchase: i pur chased this unit for a mere 69 quid from a local music store .

What I Like About This Roland Micro Cube: when buying anything i always do my homework on it and check out reviews etc . and this little amp was no exception . and let me say that after reading many positive feedbacks on thie cube to get it home and try it myself was an absolute treat. the sound quality for something so small is really quite amazing and the effects , well there not just there for show they take this little buty to the next level . just buy one .....

What I Do NOT Like About The Roland Micro Cube: there is nothing negative to say about this amp.

Roland Micro Cube Quality Rating: build quality ..a fairly light amp [its small] fairly robust unit, metal front grill , well constructed knobs and sockets ..overall very good.

Review Summary: i would be very suprised if thier was a better practice amp out there for this kind of money offering what this guy does .sweet..

Rating of this Roland product: 5

Roland CUBE-15 - This is a fun, well built little amp. For the price of about two of the BOSS pedals, you get four quality effects and a great sounding amp thrown in to boot. This amp will be great for personal practice and would be very good as a small recording amp...

Roland VS 1824 - I'd liked to have been able to buy it's big brother, could use more XLR's hook ups, really impresed with this machine, and will look foward to see what Roland will come up with next....

Roland XP-10 - for the money, it does some great things. It gives you great pianos, Organs, and synths. And it's just really easy to use. The price has gone WAY don't since I bought, and I just wish it were this cheap 5 years ago!!...

Roland G700 / G707 Guitar and Synth Unit - Great guitar, easy to play, feels great, sounds great, what more could you ask for?...

Roland CB-30 - This amp is great for the price, but you have to have a good idea of the sound you want to get it right so its nopt for beginners. Highly recommended to intermediate/pro players....

Roland VA-76 Intelligent Arranger (update) - I cannot put my finger on it, but somewhere in the digital architecture of this board many compromises have been made. The bells and whistles Roland provides, such as the extra controllers and the VariPhrase, just don't seem to add up. I think it's i...

Roland RD 700 - The Roland RD 700, though a big expense for our budget, seemed to offer the most value in the category and seems to be exactly what I thought it would be. I did not expect to have such difficulty finding a gig bag or hard shell to fit it but further ...

Roland Bass Cube 30 - I love it to death and if Roland ever reply to my enquiry about the line out problem with a favourable solution I would love it even more....

Roland Cube 60 - I liked the amp when I bought it, and I like now. I would definately buy one again if this one fell off the plane. For a small amp it is acting like a big gun. I would recommend getting this 60 watts version over the 30 watts as this one has a bi...

Roland AC-100 Acoustic Chorus Amplifier - This amp normally lists for around $1200 and it's worth every penny. You can find it anywhere for $850 which is a great deal. If you can find one for less than $800 new or less than $500 used/good condition, then snap it up fast...you'll love it....
