Tama Review: Rockstar Fusion

Tama Drums Percussion

History: i am 17 1/2 years old. i started playing when i was 7.and promised myself to be completley commited to playing drums when iwas about 8..so about 10 1/2 years..i still play and i know i will never stop.. i got a 4 piece tama set when i was about 10..then o got another 4 piece rockstar but in different size toms..and combined them when i was about 14..but it was way too much to use when we played shows..so i have 1 bass drum..... 4 ( 10 inch,12,14,16 )toms a snare and 7 symbols and i use my doubble bass pedals very ofteney..its a really nice set..

Purchase: i was about 10 and combined it at 14.. .my dad got it for me cause i had an old crappy sunlight...so i dont know the price/..on both..

What I Like About This Tama Rockstar Fusion: theyre are some little differences from the old rockstar and new..the old 1 had different sized lugnuts..and some very little differences.it has a very rich sound..it sounds very tin-ny and hollow..but if you get some remo or evans e rings.,.it will seriously sound like a professional kit..

What I Do NOT Like About The Tama Rockstar Fusion: the tin sound..but like i said the rings make a dramatic difference..and i love having my toms close up to me..i have toms mounted to the bass amp.and i wish their was an ajustmet so you could bring them closer to you..but you could always mount them to symbals ..and then bring them foward..:)

Tama Rockstar Fusion Quality Rating: it is a very good and sturdy qqality kit vor a very desent price.

Review Summary: over all it is an amazing set for the price..it is 7 years old and is in mint condition........it could last probaly decades and still be a good set :).......i want to sell my old half of the set.. a bass drum,,and 3 toms.,,,10,13,and 16 inch toms.... and later sell the other half..for a dw..that would be my last set..dw's are sooooooo exppensive but amazing....e mail me at grindking1990@aol.com if u need more info or pics or are intrested in buying 1/2 of my set...i live in orange county ca.......
