Fender Tex Mex Stratocaster Review

History: I've been playing on and off for 30 years now. I've been in bands in the past but nothing major.

Purchase: Paid $600 on ebay

What I Like About This Fender Tex Mex Stratocaster: Great neck, great fat tone from the humbucker pickup in the bridge position. Can still get that nice Strat clean tone with the standard pickups too.

What I Do NOT Like About The Fender Tex Mex Stratocaster: The pickguard

Fender Tex Mex Stratocaster Quality Rating: First class construction. This is an American Stratocaster so it just feels higher quality if you know what I mean.

Review Summary: Overall this is a great electric guitar and a great steal at $600. There were a few nicks in the back, but it doesn't detract from the tone. Great guitar.
