Purchase: I aquired this from a friend for $50 (no, it isn't a bad guitar, he just didn't feel like charging very much for a friend), which is an amazing price as the list price is close to $160! Pros: Well, I like pretty much every thing about his guitar. It sounds great, very easy to play, lightweight. The frets are put on pretty nicely. Cons: There is only a couple of things I don't like about this guitar. Firstly, the amp has no destortion on it at all. Which sucks, as I like to play classic rock on my guitar. Also, when I strum string number 1 to hard, it slides down a bit and gets caught on the neck, but all you have to do to get it back is like press down on the string and it goes back into place. Quality: The contruction is very good. Again, very good job on teh frets, and especially the tuning pegs, compared to my last guitar (some Aria model) which the tuning pegs were pretty much rusted still. This is a high quality guitar. Summary: This is a high quiality guitar, as I have said. It could have used a better amp though. So go out and buy the Boss DS-1 Distortion Pedal and you should be all set.

Purchase: I got this guitar at mars music a few years back, I think I paid $250 w/a 10 watt amp. Pros: Its lite, affordable, and you can beat the shit out of it because it is a shitty guitar. Cons: It only has 22 frets so you cant play as high as some solos are, the pickups are passive so there isnt as high of an output like what you'd get out of a set of an emg, I had to re-solder the input wires. Quality: construction and quality??? there is no quality to this guitar.. It looks like sombody made it in 5 minutes with some plywood and gule. Summary: If you have no money then good because if you did you would be wasting it on this piece of shit.

Purchase: i paid 100 bucks for this guitar at guitar center Pros: what caught my attention first off was that it was bright orange... my favorite color. the pricetag? 100 bucks! the single humbucker has a nice sound and i was astounded at what i was getting for a single c note. also its oddly lightweight which i suppose is good. Cons: it plays a little slow. its sort of hard to slide about the neck. i dont have any problems with it coming out of tune either. Quality: none of the shit has fallen off and ive had it for a while. it can take a pretty good beating too. Summary: if you want to learn or try out the humbucker or need a new guitar to mess around with like me then go ahead and buy it ya cheap bum.

Purchase: Guitar center -- 99 bucks Pros: well not much...It does take a beating and keep playing however Cons: crappy tone, crappy action, an all around piece of shit. But this was my first guitar so it got the job done...and what can you expect for 99 bucks. Quality: Well its made ok i guess, the neck sucks though. And theres always shit coming loose that I gotta tighten. But it takes a beating at least...Ive thrown it across the room a bunch of times and it keeps playing. Summary: dont buy it. Save up a little more and get a entry level ibanez or something. Squiers suck plain and simple. Whoever that guy is who gave this guitar a five star rating is on crack.

Purchase: I bought my Squier from Musicians Friend for $99.99! Pros: I like the guitar because it is lite and ez to hold. It has great sound and it is way better than the Tom Delong. And Tom: Squier MAKES your guitar. So stop talkin shyt about it. Duh...
Cons: I would have prefered if the guitar had a solid body, but it is, for the most part. Quality: I would rate the guitar a 9.5 outta 10 Summary: AWESOME

Purchase: I never bought this guitar, but i use it at my lesson because i'm too lazy to bring my kelly. Pros: umm, i can play a chord on it Cons: I've seen other ppl on this website give the guitar a 5, let me tell you, this guitar is trash. the nut is unevenly made and the 1st fret is spaced wrong and it goes out of tune while pressing down. the pickups are weak and very inexpensive. sometimes the signal from the guitar gets lost while going to the amp and u have to hit the switch a few times to get it back Quality: terrible quality and poorly made Summary: this guitar is terrible a waste of any good players time, stick to a good name, like a REAL fender.

Purchase: I bought it at a local guitar store...i paid fucking $199 for it and a week later it was $99 Pros: let me see here..well the only thing i like about it, is that it is black and i can play it... Cons: pretty much everything, the neck sucks...the pickups suck..the bridge is poorly constructed, the tone is awful, and well it sucks.. Quality: the costrution is like a pair of wal mart shoes..(crappy) it looks like a first grader put it together with elmers glue, and the quality, well it has none. Summary: dont buy this...you will so regret it just save your money till you can afford a fender and not a squire...bah

Purchase: Guitar Center for $99 Pros: It has the classic Strat design, 3-pickups etc. It is a light guitar, feels great in my hands. Cons: I have not found anything wrong yet. Despite all the talk, it has stayed in tune. Quality: The guitar appears to be of high quality, but I can't really make a claim on that, since this is my first guitar. Summary: The is a great guitar for starters. Compared to the Affinity, it is $50 less, only noticible difference is the missing tremblo bar. Which is fine, because it will stay in tune better.
I thought about getting the Strat Pack, but decided on the Bullet with a better amp. I got a tuner, gig-bag, stand, amp, and guitar for $328, for a better guitar and amp, it is worth it.

Purchase: 6 months ago, I was looking for a good quality electric guitar on the internet when my uncle recommended musiciansfriend.com. So, when I went there, I searched the page for about an hour, until I found a squier bullet. It was only $99.00, so I figured what the heck. If it was junk, I could always send it back. So I ordered one, and 6 days later, it arrived. Pros: I like almost everything about it. It is easy to tune, easy to play, It is just my size, it sounds just right, has three pickups, one volume knob and two tone knobs, need I say more? Cons: There is only one thing I don't like about it. No tremolo. Everything else is perfect, though. Quality: The quality is terrific. It sounds just like the lead guitar in my favorite heavy metal bands, has a shiny blue finish, has never broken, and has very high quality parts. Summary: In a nutshell, this is a terrific guitar. Almost everything about it is perfect. If it had a tremolo it would be even better.
