Slingerland Review: Jam Session Drum Set

Purchase: I bought my set from MusicYo for $399, complete! I needed an acoustic drum set for my recording studio and decided to try the Jam Session set.

What I Like About This Slingerland Jam Session Drum Set: First, let me say that the set sounds and looks just fantastic! The whole kit has real tone and records very well to digital or analog tape.

What I Do NOT Like About The Slingerland Jam Session Drum Set: I can't gripe, but if I must, including a throne for a few more bucks would have been nice.

Slingerland Jam Session Drum Set Quality Rating: However, I had one in the studio, ready for use. Several clients have chosen to play the Jam Session kit instead of bringing their own drums in. They were that impressed with the quality of construction and the sound.

Review Summary: I could have paid the same amount for a single bass drum, but got a great kit, all for $399! Do it, do it, do it! I have bought a number of different products from MusicYo, including a P.A., guitar amps, wireless microphones, guitars, and picks. I am amazed at the consistent quality and value! This allows me to hide my $5,000 to $20,000 vintage guitars and amps, and my clients are still delighted with the instruments I make available for their use!
