Zoom Review: 506 II Bass Effects

History:

Purchase: I got this Zoom unit for Christmas my parents paid about $70 american for it, i asked for it so i could have some decent effects without paying alot

What I Like About This Zoom 506 II Bass Effects: Pros:On/Off is easy, unlike v amp it comes on automatically Fairly good effects Decent Pre-Set Patches Lots of freedom in making your own effects Durable Cool looking/stylish All the effects you need for a beginner/intermediate with no job, heh

What I Do NOT Like About The Zoom 506 II Bass Effects: Cons:You have to have an ac adaptor for it work, batteries will work but not for very long Not very easy to just pickup and make your own setting,MUST READ Manual, this is sort of a good thing, you will know what you are actually doing

Zoom 506 II Bass Effects Quality Rating: its a cool looking plastic on top but the rest is metal on the bottom and everything, can stay on and not flinch for hours(good for gigs)overall quality is very good for the price

Review Summary: Great small sized effects pedal, great if you have a crappy amp and just want to practice with headphones, you can do this too, very cool, very good quality, a must have, the price is so awesome unlike a bass POD or V-amp or anything else out there, this is a great pedal!
