Samick Review: D5

History:

Purchase: I bought mine from the local music store in Oceanside because the guy said you can't buy a better guitar for this price which was $209.

What I Like About This Samick D5: It sounds great, its very loud for a acoustic guitar. Its colors make it look nice. It has some kind of a very thick glossy coating that makes it shine and protects the wood. I have banged up the guitar quite a few times and I can barly tell that it has a scratch on it. The guy told me that this company makes 50% of the other guitar also.

What I Do NOT Like About The Samick D5: I really can't find anything wrong with it accept after I change the strings it will make a ringing noise when its stummed hard. This sound goes away after its been played for a few hours though.

Samick D5 Quality Rating: Great quality, much better than my Electric Ibanez RG270 even though I love that guitar too.

Review Summary: If you are a beginner or a 7 year guitarist and you want a cheap but great guitar buy this.
