Encore Review: Pk40

History:

Purchase: I bought this bass guitar as it seemed like a good idea to form a band. I bought it from a guitar dealer, Strings, on the Isle of Wight. It cost me a nice £139, a reasonable sum.

What I Like About This Encore Pk40: The unit is good because the price is very reasonable for a start. It plays very well, does not need to be fiddled around with, making it ideal for a beginner bassist like me.

What I Do NOT Like About The Encore Pk40: I think that the unit is too bland, and it doesnt't look flashy enough. It is a simple guitar, for a inexpensive price, so you can't expect top-of-the-range items installed on it.

Encore Pk40 Quality Rating: The Construction is very sturdy indeed. I have dropped it many an occasion, as i am a clumsy fool, but it still plays as good when it was new.

Review Summary: This guitar, for the price, is one of the best basses to buy. It sounds cool, it looks nice (even if it is rather bland) and i would definetely recommend it for wannabe bassists.
