History:
Purchase: Used on ebay, I paid about $70 for this microphone. It had a few scratches, but works perfectly.
Pros: Tough as nails and has a great contour which can even make ME sound like a rock star! This unit has been the staple of rock bands for years and it's easy to see why.
Cons: There's nothing I don't like.
SM58 Microphone Quality: Built like a tank. These mics stand up to rough road wear and can be dropped, stepped on and pretty much run over by a car and will still work. Very high quality. Shure Summary: If you're looking for a great vocal microphone for hard rock, heavy metal, or just about any type of music, take a look at the Shure SM58. It Rocks!
