History:
Purchase: I bought this wonderful guitar from a friend's music store. This dread has what Tacoma calls a 'tone-shaped bridge'. This bridge allows for increased tone levels in each string's level. Just amazing sound from this piece. Solid spruce top, richly colored solid mahoghany sides and back and such a beautiful gloss. I wouldn't change a thing. I took my friend's recommendation on this unit and I'm so glad I did. While I was wishing he would cut me a deal, I happily paid $329.99 for it without a deal (he threw in a few sets of strings).
What I Like About This Tacoma Olympia Dreadnought: I love the tone shaped bridge, the sound is so deeply enhanced by it. I like the solid top as well. The distinctive Tacoma headstock adds so much to it's charm.
What I Do NOT Like About The Tacoma Olympia Dreadnought: I don't know that there is anything I don't like about it.
Tacoma Olympia Dreadnought Quality Rating: Good, solidly built. Hand made in USA.
Review Summary: I like this guitar very much. I know that it will be passed on in my family.
