Taylor Review: 524 CE

Taylor Acoustic Guitars

History:

Purchase: ~$2000 (don't remember the nickels and dimes...)

What I Like About This Taylor 524 CE: This is an excellent fingerstyle guitar. When I went to buy a new acoustic, my decision was not to buy one until I found one I couldn't live without. I played a lot of sweet guitars on the way including new and old Martins, etc... and this one had the sweetest tone. I've been playing mine for 2.5 years and am even happier than when I bought it.

What I Do NOT Like About The Taylor 524 CE: I guess this goes back to the point about this being a better fignerstyle guitar and thus being a bit mroe sensitive. If you strum really hard the soundboard will saturate and the sound quality will diminish a bit.

Taylor 524 CE Quality Rating: Excellent.

Review Summary: A great guitar.

Rating of this Taylor product: 5
