Fender Active Jazz Bass Deluxe Review

History:

Purchase: I got the bass through musicians friend as my second bass. For about 550 dollars.

Pros: It sounds great, it feels tight and precise. Makes for very easy slapping but doubles for nice deep tones. I really enjoy it.



Cons: Its awfully heavy but thats not too big of a deal. It also had a few problems with the screws. I had to make some modifications in my shop but its great now.

Active Jazz Bass Deluxe Quality: Like i said it had some problems with the screws and the bridge but easily fixable. And that is just the one i got i'm sure it varies from bass to bass. The neck feels great and the playing part of the bass is excellent.

Fender Summary: The bass is awesome besides the bridge and screws. No doubt it was a good buy and i would buy it again. Its great bass that i will always use.
