History:
Purchase: I bought this cymbal at Drumworld uk in Idole, Carmarthen Wales, I bought it for £80. There is a fair selection of cymbals and many you can try with the drum kits.
Pros: Like the name it creates an explosion of sound as you strike it, it is loud and cutting. It also sounds great if you hit it hard or soft. I think it would fit most types of music. This is my favourite cymbal.
Cons: The only thing that I can think of, is that is goes green where you touch it with sweaty hands, and as they are very shiny most people like to have a touch.
16" AAXplosion Crash Quality: It is 16" and in brilliant finish which looks great. And it has an unlathed bell. It is a medium weight cast cymbal. Sabian Summary: Its my best cymbal it goes everywhere that I go, sounds brilliant in evey situation, a quality cymbal.
