Tama Review: TRR522S LE Rockstar Custom

Tama Drums Percussion

History:

Purchase: I got the set at Sam Ash. I needed a kit that would give me the depth and full-bodied sound i needed for the music i was playing(rock). It was on sale so i only had to pay $500. Ed. Note: This is the limited edition 5 piece Rockstar Custom.

What I Like About This Tama TRR522S LE Rockstar Custom: The kit is really good for what I'm playing. The drums have a deep and full sound. I like the snare because of the range of sounds you can get from it. The Star Cast Mounting System works great and it is a lot easier to position the drums where you want them than on other types of kits. The Accu-Tune hoop on the bass drum is a nice feature too. It also allows for easy tuning. Best of all is the color. I purchased the kit with the White Marine Pearl and its great.

What I Do NOT Like About The Tama TRR522S LE Rockstar Custom: There isn't anything in particular that I don't like about this kit.

Tama TRR522S LE Rockstar Custom Quality Rating: The kit is very well made and I know it will last me for a long time. When i really start pounding on the drums, the mounted toms shake quite a bit but it doesn't bother me.

Review Summary: I just think that this kit is an overall good setup, and it wasn't too high priced.
