History:
Purchase: I bought this guitar new, "on sale" for 350 bucks.. list price was 450.
What I Like About This Unit: The clearest sounding guitar under 500 dollars. The sound definaetely makes up for the looks. Clear as a whistle, with a deep, rich sound from the hole.
What I Do NOT Like About The Seagull S12 Acoustic: Average looks... very plain. The kind of guitar one records with, not peforms with ;)Also, the first fret on the D string has a horrible buzz, but this can be easily fixed by your local guitar tech.
S12 Acoustic Quality: Normal condition. No pickups. Rosewood fretboard, ash body,
Summary: Great for anyone who loves to make music, not noise. I've improved more on it than on any other guitar :)
