History:
Purchase: I got this Guitar As a birthday present from my brother.
What I Like About This Unit: this guitar looks BEAUTIFULL for a beginner guitar especially the fret board.
It is a beginner guitar that does not feel like one. Very nice sound and feel.
I use this guitar with a Marshall MG-30 DFX amplifier and they are a perfect match.
What I Do NOT Like About The Hamer Slammer: Input jack comes loose, I simply added a locking washer for $.30,
hasnt come loose since. What is there not to like?
Slammer Quality: Rigid construction, amazing fret board for the price.
Summary: I was Very impressed with this guitar. I have owned it for 3 months and I play religiously.
(6 hours a day or more) The guitar still looks, feels, and sounds like it did the first time I plugged it in.
I have compared it to guitars in a higher price range and I still prefer my Slammer.
